Subject: Re: Looking for trumpet winsock alpha ver.18 & mail prog. that reads MIME!!
Trumpet Winsock has been released. The current release version is 1.0A and is
available by anonymous FTP from ftp.utas.edu.au; the betas (currently 1.0B
beta 6) is available from petros.psychol.utas.edu.au.
A MIME compatible POP3 client (mail reader) is PC-Eudora. The freeware version
can be FTPed from ftp.qualcomm.com.

Subject: Re: is it me or does wintalk stink?
Malcom,
Had a problem with wtalk11 too. I emailed elf.com and after following
their advice, wtalk works great. I needed to have the latest release of
tcpman.exe installed. If you do not have it, get it from petros.psychol.
utas.edu.au in pub/trumpet/winsock/pre-release and get twsk10b-beta6.zip.
This solved my problem. Hope it helps you as well.
